Recruitment Process

The cornerstone of ECOSERV’s success is its team. Our primary objective is to align the right talent with the right position for every opportunity within the company.

We seek candidates who meet the required qualifications, experience, and competencies for the position, while also aligning with ECOSERV’s corporate culture and values.

Our recruitment process includes phone interviews and one-on-one meetings, conducted with a competency-based approach. Depending on the role, additional assessments such as foreign language proficiency or personality tests may also be applied.

The initial interview is conducted by the Human Resources team to assess the candidate’s qualifications and suitability. Successful candidates are invited for a second interview with the relevant department manager. For specific roles, a third interview may also be scheduled.
